customer service above and beyond
Above excellent .I would award six stars if permitted .Ordered a Sebo vacuum cleaner at the best price available in the UK .DHL managed to loose it ,so I contacted Go electrical (Kelsey ) within 10 minutes got a response .DHL failed to respond so they were cancelled and a next day delivery by Fed EX was organised .This time the Sebo was delivered. Customer service at it's very best .
Appalling Customer Service
Appalling Customer Service, saw the dyson multi-floor on their webiste advertised at £279.00 which was cheaper than other retailers so I rang them asking if this was a genuine product and even told them that everywhere else it is more expensive. I was told by them that it is a genuine item and whatever is on the website is what you will get when you place the order.
I placed the order and payment went through then got an email from them saying that what I ordered is not in stock and they offered me the lower model which I declined, then was told that the item I have ordered is more expensive and to pay the difference and they would have it in stock by end of week.
Was told by customer services that it is in their terms and condition that they refuse sale which again is bad customer service as rather than resolving the matter they are just fobbing a customer off.
If a cutomer has placed an order after speaking to you and the order is processed then you should honour that order!!

Ninja Dual Air Fryer 9L
I purchased the Ninja Dual Air Fryer 9L and got excellent service. The price was a lot more expensive than it should be but due to no stock anywhere I guess that’s what happens but can’t fault how everything from ordering to delivery went. Would certainly recommend this company.

Gotta Love a Sebo
My new Sebo arrived safely and efficiently from Go Electrical. My old trusty and reliable one popped its clogs earlier this year after many many years of faithful service. This was a present from a friend who knows that, rather sadly, I have fallen in love with Sebo vacuum cleaners and cannot live without one. The new one is red and shiny and I love it.

I recently ordered a vacuum cleaner through Go-Electrical after reading a positive review on Good Housekeeping. I opted for standard delivery and was delighted with how promptly it arrived with a courteous delivery driver who was concerned I would manage the heavy package.
